The Solution:

With hundreds of dealerships in their network, MG Rover needed instant feedback from over 300 events being delivered every month. With every event involving contact with customers and a set of predefined criteria to measure the success. We created a web based time and event management system that enabled the event team to plan their time and record the performance of the events. This was combined with a corporate level reporting system to allow the MG Rover management to drill down into their performance to the minute.

The Outcome:

The MG Rover team were delighted with the quality and accuracy of the information they received, saving over £30000 per year in administration costs.
