Time and cost savingsWith a network of over 200 dealers in the UK, recruiting the best is a constant need for one of the worlds’ oldest brand with over 46000 employees. Cogentic were asked to create a web based system to help manage the recruitment process.
The Solution:
The new recruitment system was designed to cater for three distinct groups, having very different requirements for the site. An underlying application process ties the three groups together from employer > quality control > candidate > quality control > employer. The employer simply logins to the site and creates new vacancies in a word style editor, upon submission the details are passed to quality control for verification and then published live on the corporate website. Applicants have full search facilities to view positions, any which are appropriate they simply complete an application for. This application is passed to quality control, verified and made available to the employer. A comprehensive quality control system and reporting engine sits at the heart of the website that enables up to the second information on site usage.
The Outcome:
The site has been a huge success attracting 7500 hits per month with each visitor viewing an average of 8 pages.
