Understanding buying decisions

Online Maximising marketingHonda, one of the world’s most successful companies and creators of hundreds of motorised vehicles, wanted to get a deeper understanding of why their customers buy. Built around a new product launch, the marketing team required customer feedback to design their new campaigns.



The Solution:

Working with the Honda marketing team we created a web based questionnaire system that collated customer response information from over 200 hundred motor dealerships in the UK across 4 different target user groups. Each dealership had access to their own geographic customer base and the Honda marketing team had access to a full suite of graphical and textual reports analysing the potential customer’s buying decisions.
